Salon policies
Please ensure you have read and understood our booking policies before booking an appointment with us. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in contact by emailing roseandiaesthetics@gmail.com.
Booking fees
Card details are required to secure your booking, Details are encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone. Large appointments such as lash extensions, lash lifts and brow laminations require a 40% booking fee that will be deducted upon completion of your appointment. The balance can be paid via Cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS with a 1.2% surcharge.
Booking fees can remain as a credit on your account to be used for any service or product, they cannot be refunded.
There are no refunds given on booking fees or services rendered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please read and understand all information to ensure the service you have booked is the right treatment for you. You may reschedule your appointment however, we require 24 hours notice to any booking amendments. If you reschedule/cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your booking fee.
If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel last minute, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment using the card stored on file.
Amendments to your appointment must be made prior the the 24 hour period. Example: If you choose to remove a service from your appointment, this must be done prior to the 24 hour period or you will be charged for the full service you have booked.
Rescheduling your appointment is not available for promotions. If you do need to reschedule; the promotion price will be void.
Bringing children
Unfortunately, the clinic is not able to accommodate children or babies. It is by law children cannot be unattended in these working areas and as you are being treated with closed eyes.
Parking
Free parking is available outside of the corporate suites entrance, please only park in the numbered bays without a business name as this is allocated parking for the other businesses within the suites. Please allow enough travel time, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it may be rescheduled and charged accordingly.
Other important information
Rose & I Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, Rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Medical history and allergies may prevent you from having a service, you must disclose this information before booking your appointment. Changes to relevant medications must be advised.
Please note that all bookings are scheduled to ensure the efficient operation of the business, Rose & I Aesthetics may contact you to adjust your booking time accordingly.
